Volkswagen compatible 3-button car key including electronics (434 MHz) and immobilizer (ID48 transponder). The key blade is straight. The key is suitable as (extra) spare key and suitable for Volkswagen, among others.

You receive a complete car key. That is: a car key including electronics (remote control) and transponder. The electronics ensure that you can open and close the car remotely. The transponder (also called immobilizer) ensures that you can start the car. We also supply a battery with it.

The programming (also called linking / learning / reading) of this car key will have to be performed by a car company, specialist garage or car diagnostics company. Before ordering, check with a company in your area if they can program the key for you.

Note: This key is not pre-programmed by the manufacturer. Because of this, the car key is often not programmable by a dealer. This is because the dealer orders a pre-programmed key from the importer/wholesaler based on your chassis number (vehicle identification number).
