Product return

You have the right to revoke the agreement within a period of 14 working days without giving reasons. During this period you can do with the product what is reasonably necessary to evaluate the product. Products may be removed from their packaging, but must -if reasonably possible- be returned unused, as new, in undamaged packaging (equal to the original packaging) and complete with all accessories. If this is not the case, we have the right to refund the product at part of the purchase value.

Revocation period

The revocation period expires 14 working days after the day you took possession of the product. To use the right of withdrawal, you should preferably have received confirmation of this. Requesting the right of withdrawal is done by means of a return application.

Return application

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must use our digital return form .

If you use this option we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. Within 14 days after sending the model form, you must return the products.

After your return request has been reviewed and approved and the item(s) have been returned, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including any delivery charges for the return shipment, within 30 days. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which usually do not exceed €2.00. For business customers, the right of withdrawal is excluded.
