What do you have to do?
Step 1. Open your existing key, remove the electronics, battery and immobilizer and place them in the new key housing.
Step 2. Transfer the key blade (the part that goes into your ignition) to the new key housing. You can also choose to have the key sharpened (copied) by a locksmith. Close the housing.
Step 3. That's all, you now have a functioning key housing again.

The key needs to be sharpened; it's stuck2023-01-21I couldn't turn the key—it was stuck. I had it cut, which worked out fine, but the pins on the buttons were too short, so I put a small plastic piece underneath them, and now everything works fine.
