Description
This BMW compatible rechargeable VL2020 (3 Volts - 20mAh) button cell battery is ideal for replacing your defective battery. In this model, the contact points are at a 90-degree angle. The battery is suitable for various BMW models and Mini models, among others.
What do you need to do?
Step 1. Open your key housing
Step 2. Remove the battery from the key housing
Step 3: Attach the new rechargeable battery to the electronics or place it in the battery case. Close the key housing.
Note: If the battery is soldered to the electronics you will need to desolder the old battery. Then you can insert and solder the new battery.
Step 4. That's all, you now have a functioning key!!!
