Please note: Only compatible with key housings that have 2 batteries. Does your current key have only 1 battery? If so, this model is not compatible. Carefully compare your key with the photos on the product page.
What do you need to do?
- Step 1. Open your existing key, remove the electronics and immobilizer, and place them in the new flip key. Close the casing.
- Step 2. Transfer the key blade (the part that goes into your ignition lock) to the new flip key. You can also choose to have us cut (duplicate) the key for you.
- Step 3. That’s it—you now have a fully functional flip key again.

Audi is not Volkswagen2021-11-15The Audi logo is definitely there, but the space for the logo is actually round, just like the Volkswagen logo. The Audi logo with the four rings really doesn't fit there. Delivery speed was okay; I ordered an extra key right away and noted in the comments section that this could be improved. I'm still waiting to receive the second key, and it's taking a while—it's been a week since I paid.Shop reply:
