This XKB501EN car key is suitable for programming Volkwagen type 5 models. The key should be programmed with XHorse/Vvdi programmer or similar tool to function correctly. This is a keyless smart key.
Important Information:
No battery (CR2032) or key blade included. These can be ordered separately from the recommended combinations.
How to make an XHorse/ Vvdi car key?
1. Insert a CR2032 battery into the XHorse key.
2. Select the appropriate key blade model in the VVDI software and press Generate Remote.
3. Program the remote and transponder chip into the vehicle using a key programming device.
4. Note: If you code the transponder first and then generate the remote, the transponder data may be erased. Follow the correct sequence for successful programming.
