What do you need to do?
Step 1. Open your existing key and remove the electronics and transponder.
Step 2. Transfer the electronics, transponder and key blade to the new housing. Close the housing.
Step 3. That's all, you now have a functioning key housing again.

good value for money2023-05-02I purchased two units. The batteries aren't secured with a plastic clip, as they are in the original. The circuit board also doesn’t stay in place, which means it takes some fiddling to get both parts to fit together without something shifting. Once they’re clicked into place, it’s no longer a problem. For the price, you just have to accept the fiddling. If you don’t want that, spend €170 more for two originals. Three stars for the fiddling. As for the purchase price: 5 stars.
