Is technical knowledge necessary?
No that is not necessary, you can have a fully functioning key housing again without any technical knowledge. After programming, you can use it immediately.
What do you need to do?
- Step 1. The circuit board and 7946 transponder are already present - no transfer is required.
- Step 2. Transfer the key blade to the new housing or have it sharpened at a locksmith. Close the housing.
- Step 3. Have the key programmed - either with us or at a locksmith/garage.
