Toyota compatible 2-button key housing with pointed key blade (TOY47) to replace your damaged or defective key housing. The key blade (TOY47) has a length of 48 mm. The key is suitable for Toyota Avensis, Toyota Avalon, Toyota Carina, Toyota Corolla, Toyota Camry and Toyota Yaris, among others.
Is technical knowledge necessary?
No that is not necessary, you can have a functioning key housing again without any technical knowledge.
What do you need to do?
Step 1. Open your existing key, remove the electronics and immobiliser and place them in the new key housing. Close the housing.
Step 2. Have the key blade (the part that goes into your ignition) sharpened (copied):
(a.) We can take care of this for you. You can read how this works on the "car key sharpening" page.
b.) Or have the key sharpened by a locksmith.
Step 3. That's all, you now have a functioning key housing again.

Key and ab ordering and grinding2023-05-03Because I had placed order with grinding, I still got the notification that key was sent, after 1 week of waiting contacted and found out this status was not correct. Therefore made appointment for grinding and grinding was arranged within 5 minutes and everything worked.
