Dear Sander, As we previously mentioned in our email, we do not normally accept returns of electronic keys. This is because a key becomes locked when (an attempt is made to) program it. Unfortunately, we cannot verify whether this has happened until the key is reprogrammed by another customer. Only then does it become apparent that the key no longer works. For this reason, we do not accept returns of electronic keys as a standard policy, and for this reason, we clearly state this on the product page for the relevant keys. Unfortunately, we have been unable to reach you by phone despite multiple attempts, and we have not previously been involved in the programming process (where we could also provide support with our expertise). We have also already offered you a solution whereby, as a very exceptional exception, you can still return the key, after which we can inspect it for any defects. Unfortunately, you have not responded to this to date. You are, of course, free to take this matter to the Dispute Resolution Committee.
