This Seat-compatible 2-button folding key with straight blade (HU66) is ideal to replace your damaged or defective folding key.
Is technical knowledge necessary?
No that is not necessary, you can have a properly functioning flip-key again without any technical knowledge.
What do you need to do?
Step 1. Open your existing key, take out the electronics and immobiliser and insert them in the new folding key.
Step 2. Transfer the key blade (the part that goes into your ignition) to the new folding key. You can also choose to have the key sharpened (copied) by a locksmith and close the housing.
Step 3. That's all, you now have a properly functioning folding key again.
