Description
This Renault compatible 4-button smart card housing with electronics (433 MHZ) and PCF7941 transponder is ideal to replace your damaged or defective smart card. The smart card is among others suitable for Renault Koleos.
What do we deliver?
You will receive a complete smart card. That is, a smart card including electronics (remote control) and transponder. The electronics allow you to open and close the car remotely. The transponder (also called immobilizer) ensures that you can start the car.

How does it work?
The programming (also called pairing / learning / reading in) of this car key will have to be done by a car company, specialist garage or car diagnostic company. Before ordering, check with a company in your area if they can program the key for you.
Note: This smart card is not pre-programmed by the manufacturer. Because of this the car key cannot be programmed by a dealer. The dealer orders a pre-programmed car key from the importer/wholesaler based on your chassis number (vehicle identification number).
What should you do?
Step 1. Enquire at a local car dealership, specialist garage or car diagnostic company whether they can program smartcard with electronics.
Step 2. Order the required smart card and have it programmed by a car company, specialist garage or car diagnostic company.
Step 3. Have the emergency key (iron key) sharpened by a key maker / chop shop.
