What do we supply?
You will receive an empty key housing without electronics. This housing is designed to transfer the existing electronics, transponder and key blade from your original key. A battery holder is included.
How does it work?
You can usually easily transfer your existing electronics, transponder and key blade to the new housing. In some cases, a locksmith may be required to replace or sharpen the key blade.
Note: This housing does not contain any electronics and will not function without transferring parts from your original key.
What do you need to do?
- Step 1. Carefully open your original key and remove the electronics, transponder and key blade.
- Step 2. Place these parts into the new housing. Close the housing securely.
