Description
This Peugeot compatible 2-button folding key with straight blade (SX9) is ideal to replace your damaged or defective folding key. The key is suitable for Peugeot 806 and Peugeot Expert, among others.
Is technical knowledge necessary?
No that is not necessary, you can without technical knowledge again have a good working folding key.
What do you need to do?
Step 1. Open your existing key, remove the electronics and immobilizer and insert them into the new clapkey. Close the housing.
Step 2. Transfer the key blade (the part that goes into your ignition) to the new folding key. You can also choose to have the key sharpened (copied) by a locksmith.
Step 3. That's all, you now have a properly functioning folding key again.

Great product. Good price.2023-01-18Be careful when taking it apart to change the key blade though, you have to put it back together just right or it won't fit or the locking of the flip key won't work.

does not seem to be what it should be.2016-01-21garage did not see any possibilities to provide a new key. was happy with this possibility I received as a tip. Too bad it looks very good, but it misses the mark! The rubber with which you operate the switches is so stiff that you have to make a lot of effort to operate the doors. Wet clicking out the key blade was also not possible. The rivet connection of the hinge let go after a few days. conclusion: noble ambition, but the implementation falls short.
