Description
Peugeot compatible 1-button key housing with point key blade (and an opening) to replace your damaged or defective key housing. The key is suitable for Peugeot 206, Peugeot 206 Cabrio and Peugeot 206 Plus, among others.
Is technical knowledge necessary?
No that is not necessary, you can have a properly functioning key housing again without any technical knowledge.
What do you need to do?
Step 1. Open your existing key, remove the electronics, battery and immobilizer and place them in the new key housing. Close the housing.
Step 2. Transfer the key blade (the part that goes into your ignition) to the new key housing. You can also choose to have the key sharpened (copied) by a locksmith.
Step 3. That's all, you now have a functioning key housing again.

Everything fits perfectly. Only the2020-10-24Everything fits perfectly. The only issue was that the battery contacts weren't making a very good connection. I took the old ones from the other key and haven't had any problems since. It works just as it should.
