Description
With this Opel compatible 3-button folding key with straight key blade (HU43) you can convert your old (damaged) key housing into a folding key. The key is suitable for Opel Astra, Opel Corsa and Opel Vectra, among others.
Is technical knowledge necessary?
No that is not necessary, you can turn your normal key housing into a folding key without any technical knowledge.
What do you need to do?
Step 1. Check if your current key is model 1083. If you have another model, this key will not be suitable.
Step 2. Open your existing key housing, remove the electronics and starter sub-cup and place them in the new clap key housing.
Step 3. Have your key copied by a key maker.
Step 4. That's all, you now have a properly working clap key!
