Description
Mitsubishi compatible 2-button key housing with a panic button and pointed key blade (MIT11) to replace your damaged or defective key housing. The key is suitable for Mitsubishi Outlander, Mitsubishi Lancer and Mitsubishi Mirage, among others.
Is technical knowledge necessary?
No that is not necessary, you can have a functioning key housing again without technical knowledge.
What do you need to do?
Step 1. Open your existing key, remove the electronics and immobilizer and place them in the new key housing. Close the housing.
Step 2. Have the key blade (the part that goes into your ignition switch) sharpened (copied):
(a.) We can take care of this for you. You can read how this works on the "car key sharpening" page.
b.) Or have the key sharpened by a locksmith.
Step 3. That's all, you now have a functioning key housing again.
