Description
This MG compatible 3-button smart key housing is ideal to replace your damaged or defective car key. The smart key is suitable for MG6 and MG HS (2018-2021), among others, and features a stylish red trim as a color accent.
Is technical knowledge necessary?
No that is not necessary, you can transfer the parts from your current key to the new smart key housing without any technical knowledge. As long as you reuse the original electronics, reprogramming is not necessary.
What do you need to do?
Step 1. Open your existing smart key, remove the circuit board, transponder and battery and insert them into the new housing.
Step 2. Transfer the emergency key to the new smart key or have it sharpened at a key maker.
Step 3. Close the housing. You now have a properly functioning smart key again.
