This 3-button smart key housing, compatible with Mercedes, is ideal for replacing your damaged or defective smart key. The smart key is compatible with, among others, the Mercedes Vito, Mercedes B-Class, Mercedes C-Class, Mercedes CLA, Mercedes CL, Mercedes E-Class, Mercedes GL, Mercedes GLA, Mercedes GLK, Mercedes S-Class, Mercedes SL, Mercedes SLK-Class, Mercedes CLK, and Mercedes A-Class.
What do we provide?
You’ll receive a complete car key. That is, a car key that includes electronics (remote control) and a transponder. The electronics allow you to lock and unlock the car remotely. The transponder (also known as an immobilizer) enables you to start the car. We also include a CR2025 battery.

How does it work?
The programming (also known as pairing, learning, or initialization) of this car key must be performed by a car dealership, professional repair shop, or automotive diagnostics company. Before ordering, check with a local company to see if they can program the key for you.
Please note: This key is not pre-programmed by the manufacturer. As a result, the car key cannot be programmed by a dealer. This is because the dealer orders a pre-programmed car key from the importer or wholesaler based on your chassis number (vehicle identification number).
What should you do?
Contact our customer service so we can program the smart key for you and cut the emergency key.

Step 1. Check with a local auto shop, professional garage, or auto diagnostics company to see if they can program keys with electronic components.
Step 2. Order the required car key and have it programmed by a car dealership, professional garage, or automotive diagnostics company.
Step 3. Have the emergency key (metal key) cut by a locksmith or key-cutting shop.
