Description
This Lexus compatible 2-button flip key with straight key blade allows you to convert your old (damaged) key housing into a flip key. Among others suitable for Lexus ES300, Lexus GS/LS/LX, Lexus IS200, Lexus IS300 and Lexus RX300.
Is technical knowledge necessary?
No it is not necessary, you can turn your normal key housing into a flip key without technical knowledge.
What do you need to do?
Step 1. Check if your current key is model 1354. If you have another model, this key will not be suitable.
Step 2. Open your existing key housing, remove the electronics and starter sub-cup and place them in the new clap key housing. Close the housing.
Step 3. Have your key copied by a key maker.
Step 4. That's all, you now have a properly functioning folding key!

Prima flip flops2022-08-11My car's key kept breaking off, this is a known problem with older lexus and Toyota keys. Now ordered a folding door key, transferred inside and had beard sharpened. Much sturdier and works perfectly. The key is slightly different than pictured. The beard is a quarter turn different so the key has to be used a bit differently than normal. Quality is fine.

Neatly corrected and resolved2018-08-17I ordered 2 keys. By mistake the wrong ones were sent. You could judge that as a miss. However, 1 email to the manager and the next day the correct keys were on the mat. Excellent fast service.
