Description
This Land Rover-compatible 2-button folding key with pointed key blade is ideal to replace your damaged or defective folding key.
Is technical knowledge necessary?
No that is not necessary, you can have a properly functioning flip-key again without any technical knowledge.
What do you need to do?
Step 1. Open your existing key, remove the electronics and immobiliser and insert them in the new clapkey. Note that your current folding key is glued. Use a sharp object to open the key housing. (own risk)
Step 2. Transfer the key blade (the part that goes into your ignition) to the new folding key. You can also choose to have the key sharpened (copied) by a locksmith.
Step 3. That's all, you now have a properly functioning folding key again.
