Is your Chevrolet folding key worn out or do you want an extra set? With this 2-button clap key conversion kit with straight key blade, you simply replace the housing and beard, and reuse your own electronics. That way you'll quickly have a new, fresh key.

Is technical knowledge necessary?
No that is not necessary, you can have a properly working key housing again without technical knowledge.
What do you need to do?
- Step 1. Open your existing key, remove the electronics and immobilizer and insert them into the new conversion kit.
- Step 2. Transfer the key blade (the part that goes into your ignition switch) to the new housing. You can also choose to have the key sharpened (copied) by a locksmith. Close the housing.
- Step 3. That's all - you now have a functioning key housing again.
