Is technical knowledge necessary?
No that is not necessary, you can have a fully functioning key housing again without technical knowledge. After programming you can use it immediately.
What do you need to do?
- Step 1. Connect the circuit board and 7946 transponder in the housing (electronics are already present).
- Step 2. Transfer the straight key blade to the new housing or have it sharpened at a key maker. Close the housing.
- Step 3. Have the key programmed at us or at your garage - ready to use.
